At the Annual General Meeting of Kongsberg Beam Technology AS on June 8, 2021, the Meeting re-elected Aud Trondvold as Chairman of the Board, Trond Hellum, Christen Harr and Thomas Andersson as Board members. Christian Bryn was elected as new Board member.
Christian Bryn is founding partner and CEO of Positron Capital in Oslo, a specialized, independent asset manager within Private Markets investments, and Executive Director of the Hektor / Vindeggen group of investment companies in Oslo, which focus on direct investments in private enterprises with a sustainable business model.
Christian is currently Board member of several companies in Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United States within software, technology, health care and professional services. Christian has more than 20 years of experience from private investments, business development, strategy, and active ownership, and he was previously with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Zurich and Clariden Bank (Credit Suisse group) in Zurich.
Christian has a master´s degree in business and finance (lic.oec.HSG) from University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
